Remote starter ripp off, incompedent workers

I had a remote starter and GPS Navman installed in my wife's new car for a birthday present, her birthday is on december 24. Was told it would take over 8 hours to install. Brought car to shop, after 8 hours I returned to pick up my automobile. The car was not ready, and was told to return the next day for the automobile. The next day was Christmas, and we needed the car, so after another two hours, they returned the car.

All set to go, except the auto start don't work the alarm built in at factory don't work, all of the car door locks don't work, and also the Navman does not work. After asking when I should return to have the car repaired, I was told that I would have to get the car repaired at a locale dealer! If I would have wanted the locale dealer to install the remote starter, I would have gone there first. Well it ended up by Yipes sending me a Body modual to repair the car.

Fine! I went and seen a certified Machanic, and this is what he found, Body Modual Electro staticly fried, the remote starter was a plug and play device that required connections made to manufacture provided connectors, they instead cut up the wiring harness and soldered in the connections and cut more wires that were needed for the installation, at the same time shorting out the other components in the car due to the fact that Yipes did not disconect the Battery prior to working on viecle!

In addition to haveing to pay for the install of the body module, also paid for two other modules and the service required to install them, and also other wiring repair.
