Midwest Auto Customs Remote Starter - Remote Starte

Shops, Products, Services

Dropped my car off at noon on Friday for a scheduled remote starter installation that was ALREADY paid for, and they were not even done until 6:30pm on Saturday AFTER I called them a number of times to ask when it would be done. Seriously, it doesn't take over 24 hours to install a remote starter, but I decided to be patient with them because I know the world does not revolve around me. Then they charged me an extra $100 for a bypass when they should've given me some sort of discount for neglecting my car for more than 24 hours.

On top of that, their shop has a sign saying "Not responsible for stolen cars" when they have cars in possession on their property and couldn't service my car unless I dropped it off and left it there over night. Luckily, nothing happened to my car. I just wanted to point that out because it has happened to a friend of mine before at a different auto shop.

What's the point of making an appointment?! This shop wasted my time, does not know how to satisfy customers, and does not know how to operate a business.
