Did not deliver shipment as promised

On November 12 we settled Meest Organization to deliver cargo to Russia. They charged us Atmosphere fee, shipping fee, insurance fee and custom fee and guaranteed to obtain our cargo to Spain in 2-3 months. It has been nearly 5-month and our cargo continues to be not shipped as it was said to be. Plus today organization says they don't provide and individual in Spain needs to visit the Postoffice to choose it-up.

Meest Organization completely didn't do their work and will not provide us any type of reimbursement.
