On January 2 I paid $345.00 to J&B CARGO INC. Which included insurance for my CPU COMPAQ which has total of $1,645.
Which this package was being sent out of the States. This company said "This cargo is going to be received within three months which should of been April.
As of today July 11 this company keeps saying that my cargo is still in the custom-house which I personally went where I shipped my cargo and they said they never received my package.
This company said they can't give me my money.
Who should I speak to about my grievance to get my money and my computer back. Thank you.
