Mishandling with disabled person

I taveled in emirates air lines in october from newyork to karachi, in-flight there's no specific chair for disabled person in aspect airplane really condjusted. When i reached karachi our baggage was missing and our wheelchair scooter was broken poorly i released statements one for our bagage plus one for my wheelchair scooter.in respect of my bagage i obtained after 10 times and looking for my carrier i came across our 2 products were stolen among my i-pod along with other was my view mentioned this carrier i opened before the staff of emirates air lines, i also released state of my stolen items.

Because now today is march 25th our case still not determined, emirates air lines providing me the total amount $1651 against my entire claims. Where as wheel cahir scooter is about $3000. Due to overdue bagage obtained i invested quantity in karachi they said me you send us your all expenses and so i delivered them my bills which remain $1250

Therefore my total amount of claim is 00 1250 1500 (stolen items). So how do i take $1651 against our calim. I am really experiencing really poor days. I also provided emirates air lines when they think they could restore iyt please do the repair for the kids andtake potential resposibility however they aren't even give me any solution against my present.

For me i should say please never choose emirate air lines especially for individuals who are disabled people. On dubai air-port floor staff of emirates air lines conduct was really teasing and hateful with disabled people.
