Price gouging 30.00 dollars put 15' tire on a rim

To get a tire put on a rim and balanced. The man behind the counter claimed that the price to mount and balance a tire was 30 dollars. My son then left the store and came home to tell me. After he had told me the price, thinking that it had to be some sort of mistake, I called the service center to ask. A man name mike answered the phone and i asked him the price to mount and balance a tire, and he replied 30 dollars. After i had hung up the phone, i called another local goodyear center and asked them the same question, their price was 10 dollars, i said good deal.

The thing is no changing— tires both the rim and tire was off the car just put the tire on the rim and bounce he did not have to even put on the car. And he wanted 30.00 dollars... Scam...
