Doud Rowe Paid for, disappearing crankshaft

I sent a hard to find crankshaft to Doud Rowe, paid him $800.00 to make it [NEW] and chrome it, When it arrived, I took it to a machine shp to balance, they immediatly question the workmanship of the crank and the measurements were off, I called Doug and he sent a call tag to pick-up. One week later Doug called and said he could [FIX] it for an additional "$400.00! I agreed and recieved crank one week later. Guess what? The crank was still off standards by almost. 004 and I could not use it. I called Doug, left a message, he called back a week later and sent a call tag, all the while denying his screw=up.

Two weeks later, after repeated calls., he finally called back and admitted his screw-up and would re-chrome it and ship it asap in a few days. GUESS WHAT? It has been 30 days and no crankshaft, what kind of person lies and then continues to lie to cover up his mistakes, is he a crook or just incompetent? All I want is my $1400.00 crank and no more business with Doug Rowe and Memphis Crankshaft.
