Our saga started 3 weeks ago with trying to buy a F-250. We have perfect credit (I know this since we just got approved at 0% from another dealership) and were looking to trade in a vehicle for the F-250. After over 6 hours at Rodeo Plano, they came back and told us that we sucked and they could not do the deal.

What we figured out happened is that both the sales rep and the manager had HUB (head up butt) and had calculated the numbers without including the trade therefore making the numbers not work.

Instead of just saying they made a mistake - they blamed us for it and made us feel like CRAP.

Then a week later we get a call from Rodeo Ford New manager asking why we didnt buy the car and after 1 week of back and forth calls, they tell us our credit is fine and they in fact can do the deal and the old manager was fired.

So, we get all excited as they call again on SAturday and say COME ONE DOWN and get into your car. Because there is no trust in this dealership, we ask for them to fax over the deal BEFORE we come down so that we do not waste our time and get jerked around and GUESS WHAT — we get a call 10 minutes later stating that they IN FACT CANT get to the numbers that they just said they could get TO.

SO, I ask you — does Rodeo Ford give their employees CRACK every morning or are they just STUPID? I cant come up with any other reasons we have been put through this most ridiculous experience. But no worries as I am sure with these business practices they will be out of business soon - I hope so anyway.
