Charged Five time for the Part cost compared to the local retaile

They indicated that i need a intake gasket replacement. So i agreed, they charged me 5 hours of labor for the job which is some what justified. However they charged me $254 for the gasket. Which ranges from $50-$80 at the local auto zone, NAPA, and Dealer store. It is just a rubber gasket assembly... They also charged me $88.00 for diagnostic fee for finding out that my blower resistor was bad because fan did not work. They never told me up front that they were going to do that or had me sign a quote. I ended up getting fixed the same day i brought it in. I feel that they should not have charged me the diagnostic fee along when i got it fixed on the same day from them. It was a complete rip Off.
