Rip off on prices and selling bad cars deceptive company

I bought a car from JD Byrider on December 4th. I was desperate for a car because my car was getting to where it would hardly run. I don't have great credit so I swallowed my pride and went to JD byrider. I test drove several cars, one started up and smoked and shook, one I took out on the street and it felt like the front end was going to fall out of it, another was not idling correctly, and the one before I found the car I have was beaten up really badly. They do not have prices on thier cars and will not tell you all the details until you are sitting down to sign the contract.

I ended up buying a 1993 Chevy corsica from them, it was the only car on the lot that ran well and that they said "I could afford." I sat down to sign a 21% intrest and a 7000 loan from them. This car was far from the price that they wanted me to pay. The interior is in bad shape, the car has various rust spots all over it, in fact on the front of the car I had to primer it or it would have rusted through. I have had the car in 5 times to JD Byrider. 1st time the car quit running, after the down payment on the repair fees and paying for the tow truck they changed the fuel pump and sent me on my way. 2 days later the car started doing the same thing again, and running really wierd.

I called them several times, and took the car in but they told me "without the car duplicating the problem for us there is nothing we can do." Mean while I was without a car for several days. Finally I had had enough! I got online and wrote a very discriptive complaint to the better business beauru explaining what was going on. Finally, Jd Byrider made an appointment with me a month later and the car finally did what it had been doing to me all along. The point is that they would not run any diagnostics or anything until I threatened them.

The car runs better, but now the windshield washer fluid will not work, and I know the car has a vacumm leak because the transmission will not shift at the right speed. I want them to take the car back! Furthermore if i want to let the car sit in my garage and not drive it I still have to keep full coverage insurance on it. This is something I have never seen any other car company do.
This company is a huge rip off!!!
