False Advertising Selling unsafe vehicles Snellville

Advertises low internet prices then adds up to $900 extra when you come for "reconditioning fee" which is just pure profit and is not disclosed upfront. Plus there is a $589 doc fee. Also advertises "leather" and "wheels" not included in the artificially low internet price forcing you to call/send them email to find out what is the real price. Which they won't tell you because they, the salespeople, don't really know. This is also another profit center. Other customers don't call and get socked with $6000 extra they hadn't planned on spending when they finally get the real price.

Also they have cheap cars for sale that have had no work done on them. They know what is wrong with them since they have been thru their service dept. But won't tell you what is wrong with them. They have decided not to put any money in them and rather than selling them to a wholesaler they choose to retail them to the general public. The public relies on the fact that since a dealer is selling them they are safe to drive. They are not. The person that traded them in got rid of a junker and now this dealer wants you to take it off their hands in the same condition for much more money! Buyer beware!

Sales people are taught to get people into the dealership under any circumstance. If that means lying so be it. It is condoned and rewarded. They even make jokes about it. Management is aware. There are some salespeople there that are honest. They are stuck working there because they think they can't get a job anywhere else. The rest play the game. They get the bonuses and have no conscience.
