He sold my wife a car that the transmission went out and the engine is now making noises. We cantact him about it he amitted on the phone he know there was something wrong with the transmission he just wanted the car off his land, so he did not tell her about the transmission. Hetold her he would give her a bill of sell never brought to her and now he is saying that we don't have no proof that we bought the car from him. He said that he was not going to fix it and that we are not going to get our money back.
