The worst oil change in history! Ripoff

I just read the other reports and I had to add my story from my last oil change. I took my car in and first of all, even with an appointment they took 3 hours to complete the oil change. After they told me I could take the car, I got in and the engine oil light came on.

I went back in and asked them why this had happened and they told me that it would 'settle' in a few minutes and I could leave. Luckily, I decided to wait in the parking lot until the light went off.

Finally, I went back in again and complained and one of their staff came out 20 minutes later to have a "look-see". Once he popped the engine open, he noticed that the had emptied the oil, but never replaced it with new oil! I asked him what would have happened if I had driven off like that and he told me it probably wouldn't have been too bad!!! Since then, I'd never go back!
