Failure to deliver to address

DHL has did not provide deals to my home on two events. The driver has wrongly explained the bundle was left about the patio. Neither period did the driver arrived at my home. About the first event the bundle was sent to the friendis. This second-time the bundle wasn't sent to any friend and that I possess the issue of obtaining the shipper to document a state. Additionally, I've to pay for another time for you to obtain the product delivered in my experience.
