I received a card in the mail from National Auto Insurance and Dealership about VERY IMPORTANT motor vehicle warranty information. They stressed that it was a High PRIORITY LEVEL and it was our final notice. There was just one major thing wrong with this notice... I never owned a 2006 Toyota in my entire life! I immediately contacted them. I first asked them how they got my name and how I was related to a 2006 Toyota. First there was no response... Then I heard a click... The rep actually hung up on me. I call again and got nothing but music... I again called back and another woman on the phone asked my name and hung up on me as well. I kept calling until a man answered the phone. His name was Scott and I asked to speak to a supervisor... He put me on hold and no one ever came back to speak with me! I called one last time and got a hold of the same man and told him I am reporting them to the authorities for fraudulant activity! They had my named linked to a vehicle I never owned... This smells like a major fraud operation... And identity theft to me! I am contacting a lawyer.
