On February 3rd 2008 we bought 2 seats towards the Philippines totaling $2400. Customer support was okay throughout the cost stage. Later, about the fifth of Feb we observed we were charged 2 additional costs totaling $1019.80, without any description. We employed our Visa CheckCard, and my bank account was exhausted totally from that overcharge. We've attempted constantly for 3 times to contact Customer Support without any fortune, with no answers of the costs. These were established by our credit union as billed by CheapOair. Once they delivered my phone concerning the overcharges, the owner I.D. Had the name "JEN NY", instead of Cheapoair. The fly by-evening organization has created no work to pay the unauthorized charges. Since I'm a I thought scam after viewing the costs, along with other info that elevated warning flags. I've approached the Virginia Attorneygeneral's workplace and plan to document legal fraud charges against Cheapoair and it is parent organizations and officials by February 10th. No more calls have now been delivered from the organization which is apparent they've owner I.D. Because they haven't responded ANY calls I've designed to the "payment office". I'm still out $1019.80. Please avoid this "organization".
