Ripoffcheck altering fraudulant billing applying my money to other accounts

I made a payment to my account and for some reason it did not post, but it had cleared my checking account. After some investigating I learned my payment had been posted to someone elses account.

Someone scribbled my account number out of the memo line and wrote someone elses in and applied it to their accont. The only explanation I get is human error, how is it human error when my check was deliberatly altered???
