They do not want to repair anything. Read it over carefully. Cover parts of Parts!

I would like to tell everyone I can that this company doesn't cover but a part of a part. Another word if they say power mirror they mean only the motor of the mirror not the heating element. Everything is broken down into specific parts, you see mirror and you asume the entire thing, not true. I have had my truck into the shop 3x they onle covered the first item wich was a cheap universal joint. The second was a compressor for the auto air ride system on the truck a $600 fix. Not a covered part but when the dealer I bought it off called it WAS covered part. (I was in the office when he called) after all not every car or truck has the same things and options. It was part of they electrical system and it was a motor thought it would be covered (not). The third time was for my thermostatically controled heating A/C unit (controlls on dash) it wasn't working and my right mirror heater I called told them the problem and they said some mirrors are coverd and some were not. I took it in and guess what mine was not.

Let me just tell you I have never had such a crappy warranty before. My other warrenties paid for everything that wasn't normal ware and tare. (brakes, tires, air filters ect.) The reason we buy warrenties is to protect ourselves from the extra bills on top of the car payment. They truly don't pay for crap they just want your money with no or little return. READ CAREFULLY before signing the contract.

Also to let you know the reason you pay for service and they refund the money back is because speaking to the service centers I found that they will not deal with them directly for money. They feel they are going out of bussness and have shady practices. That was from 3 dealerships I went to, all 3. Do not invest your time or money with this company or you will be like me up till 3 in the morning trying to find part on e-bay because they don't cover anything. Peace of mind won't be comming soon.
