Continues to call me, hide their phone number, very rude

Dealer services

They are totally unprofessional, rude and won't stop calling me. I've told them for months that they should stop calling, but they:
a) Hide their phone number (my caller ID doesn't show their number or name)
b) They are rude and won't give the state or their phone number

A young lady named Missy just called on behalf of Dealer Services and abruptly transferred me to a voicemail that informed me I could call the Federal Do Not Call List. Problem is the voice mail also states that I could list a number I don't want to call me anymore, but OBVIOUSLY Dealer Services hides their phone number so it's impossible to REPORT THEM

They are total scum bags! *#&!

Can someone report them to the Attorney General in their state and sue them (class action)???
