They wrecked the car I had for sale! Kevin, the owner, wrecked my car 3 days before the new owner was to pick it up!

Cooper Auto Detailing took possession of my car on Friday to do a complete detailing of my twin turbo 3000gt. He proceeded to wreck my car with the exuse that someone was on his side of the raod. He hit the curb and broke the front rim and severely bent the rear. He then ran it on a flat for about a mile ruining the tire. He contacted me after he had stopped to let me know the situation. I stopped to look at the car and saw that the front tire sidewall had a groove in it. He commented that the tire was probably fine and that he would have to get me 2 new rims. I let him know that driving on that tire was extremely dangerous and a blowout hazzard. I mentioned that I had the car sold and that I needed it done by Monday. I told him about the shop that did most of the work for my car and when he finished detailing my car, he dropped it off. My mechanic then repaired the problem including the alignment. A friend had the rims I needed and also a spair tire that was new. The tire was only $150 and a new one would have been $225. Cooper Auto then got upset about the bill saying he could have effected the repairs at a cheaper cost. He then said that the car was probably out of alignment before because they come out of alignment so easily. HE JUST HIT A CURB! Did he really think that didnt effect the alignment? He only paid what he felt was the correct amount minus his detailing fee, not to mention all the time I spent fixing the car over the weekend to have it ready for the buyer.
