Xtreme Auto WORST place to get stuff done to your car/truck

I've taken a truck there multiple times (today was the 5-6th time) and they have given terrible customer service, a bad attitude, have had the wrong part (s) in, have not had the part (s) in, or havent been "ready" to work on the truck all but 1 (ONE) time.

Originally the truck was going to get new speakers, and that visit was alright. But that was after already going up there, and finding out that the "installer" (so they call themselves) was not there (when he was supposed to be).

Then the truck got a new head unit put in. Upon installing the head unit, they blew something in the passenger side door. We figured this out after the keyless entry stoped working, and the passenger side window controls and lock/unlock controls failed to work anymore.

Taking it BACK in, they told us that its a "real easy part to fix, bring it in one day and it will take 15 min max". So we take it back AGAIN. This time another (different) "installer" takes a look at it, and says that thats not our problem. They will have to order the part. So... Home we go again with the truck. Still not fixed.

The truck is back in, and they had A part. But when the so called "installer" opened the box, it was not THE part that was needed. It wasn't even the right color!!! None the less it was for a completely different truck!

So, today, the truck is sitting in their parking lot waiting for the IDIOTS to go get the part from their "wharehouse" so they can fix it. We'll see how it goes.

OVERALL: if you want your vehicle to be worked on by a bunch of stupid, lazy, white-trash, unkind, with no customer service people then sure, you can take it here for the overly-priced products and labor they charge.
