Changed number so they would leave me alone

I have had my car since June. I have made all payments on time. They call and have harassed everyone I know including my ex-husband. I don't know how they got his number because I didn't give it to them. Drive Financial also shows me behind on payments when I have my money gram receipts and all of my money order receipts. Offered to send them copies or fax them to them and they have declined. I am now having to file bankruptcy just to get them off of my back. They refuse to contact me via e-mail. That is there only option since I had to shut my phone off.
