Installers Caused $600 Damage and Refused to Correct It

Be warned. Do not deal with this outfit! You'll regret it.

After installing an alarm, the Jeep wouldn't start. It was perfectly healthy when brought to them, and "miraculously" and "coincidentally" died on their lot. It would turn over but wouldn't start.

They used their wisdom and skill to conclude that by some fantastic coincidence the fuel pump just happened to die when the car was sitting at their place of business. They checked all the voltages, they said, and there is no doubt! It's the pump. Manny, the manager, assured me that that is the problem, and further assured me that if it's anything they did, they'll take care of it. I am not allowed to call Manny a liar, so I'll just say that he's dishonest.

A new fuel pump was installed (at our expense, of course) and, guess what - it made not the slightest difference. What do you think their attitude was then? I'll tell you: Go away. Not our problem. Did they further attempt to resolve the issue? No. Manny and James Boyd, I can't call you liars, it violates the terms of this posting, so I'll settle for calling you both dishonest. (Not to mention that you don't have a clue what you're doing professionally and in fairness to the unsuspecting public, your businesss license should be revoked.)

In short, the car was towed to a Jeep dealership where it was discovered that some wires had been cut by the alarm installers. $600 later Custom Car Sound took care of the issue by telling us to take a hike (which was all we could take after they damaged the Jeep.)

Don't take any business to this outfit. You'll regret it.
