Mr Transmission Hides Behide Inc. & Sell its business after Man rightfully Accuses them of FRUAD

I took my jaguar to mr transmission to have a transmission put in. Iwas told that it would cost 2200.00 so i took a loan out for the money a few weeks pass/i recieve a call saying that my car was ready
however when i came to pick it up, the car didnt want to start & when it did start it started in drive / now all this happened after i went in to pay these guys.
When i left my car with them it started up just fine with no problems / when i come back there's all type of problems, so by now im heated. I told them that im not moving anything until they fix my car right or give me a full refund. So they said they was going to see whats the problem/a few days later the shop manager tells me it something other than the trannie, i know he was lying now after saying this they tried to charge me $600 for storage of the time it took them to look at my car after i payed them the 2200.00/ i said to myself they think they have a fool. I didnt give them a dime, i call the BBB inwhich is almost useless, they dont enforce anything. I used my resources to pay for the car to get fixed.By now months has passed away while im calling them for my refund, and i find out that the shop manager is in jail for meth & fruad / the owner sold the company for triple the value and is in the hospital / now here i am without my car. Ive been completely ripped off in the nameof business / im trying to find out where is my car to this date. I lost my job behind this because i could'nt get back & forwrd from work. Something must be done / i just want my car or money back / i have my paid in full reciept with the warranty.

Why does it take for people to go crazy to get some things done / this is horrible / i told the owner then that something was wrong with his manager and at that time he believed in his employee, now since the truth is out i know he has to regret not investigating what a payed customer said. Im still looking for the ownerto get my car back.
