Ripoff, fraud, dishonest, never fixed my bike, engines still misses badly after 1 yr

The day I bought my harley, in august 05, it had to be towed back to the dealer within a couple of days, with lists of things that were wrong, too many too list here, one was seat never fit, engine never did, and still doesn't run right, mototrcycle was very very unstable to ride, dangerous in fact. That was only fixed after somebody finally rode it and saw the problem. Then it came back finally able to go in a straight line.

ENGINE still missing poorly, stalll from light to light, backpop thru carb, then they sold me a performance jet kit (August 06), it will fix it oh Yeah! Well after driving it home, next morning ran worse than ever. Not to mention seat still did not fit, I rode the bike for over 6 mo's with the seat never bolted down and never knew it, unsafe huh?

BBB got involved, Harley said would fix it, never did. There were 5 pages of defects on this bike, and to this day only 1 or 2 have been fixed, I've been cussed at, screamed at, told they'd never fix my bike, and they would never fix it again, and I tried to get Harley Corperate involved, they didn't even want to hear it,

Overall super-bad, worse thing, worse treatment I recieved in my life from anybody. I have all the paper to backup these statements, thru El Paso BBB.
