Forged loan by my soon to be ex-husband at a totoya dealer in long island n. Y were he is employed

My soon to be ex-husband works for Atlantic Toyota. He forged a loan in my name, for his Mustang GT convertible.

The car is now repo'ed under my name. I called the bank, filed a police report and went into the store. Nobody would help because we are married.

It doesn't seem right that he should get away with it just because we are married. All i want is the repo out of my name. The signature on the loan is clearly not my signature, the general manager of the store said he is not a signature expert. You do not have to be an expert to see the difference.

He said he would look into and get back to me, that was over 2 Weeks ago.
