They Sold my Car After Telling Me It Was Dead!

They has done some work to my car approximately 3 weeks prior, and the same problem came up again, (skipping real bad). At that time they had replaced a part on warranty, but still charged me for the labor. Anyway, I called them up and told them the same problem came up, can they look at it. I dropped the car off, and after it sat there a couple days, the finally "looked" at it. They informed me that they had changed various parts, including a new battery, and numerous other parts but it still didn't run. They told me that my engine was pretty much dead. And my bill was over $300.00. I told them forget it, I just want my car back. He said he would get back to me with a total after taking out the parts that he changed that were not the problem. My new bill was over $400.00, and the car was exactly how it was when I brought it to them. They offered to keep my car, which was suppoosed to have a dead engine, and the bill would be torn up. Since the car had a dead engine, I said ok. Well I drove by two days later, the car was for sale, running, on his lot! I got taken!
