Ripoff the business that doesn't give a damn

Wal-mart of beardstown's tire lube express had my car for an oil change aka theyre 15 point service. This was at 630 on a thursday evening and they closed at 7. I could tell they really werent excited bout doin it. Anyway the next morning i left to go out of state. When i stopped for gas i thought id better look and make sure i didnt have a leak because a couple years ago they left my drain plug loose. This was the first time i have trusted them to service my car since then. Id rather do it myself but i was hurting for time this time and took a chance that theyd improved.

Well first i noticed my oil filter had not been changed it was obvious that it was the old one from the dirt where i had wiped a little of it off the previous day to get the filter number. Second when i pulled the dipstick out it was obvious the same dirty oil was in my engine. Not to mention theyre 15 point service included checking my fluid levels on everything, washer fluid empty, vac out the car, not done, etc etc. I called them the manager offered to do it again for free and i delcined to let them have another crack at my car and requested my money back. The manager reluctantly agreed to refund my money as long as i had my receipt. When my wife went in to get my refund as i was at work they treated her rudly. Forst theyre service manager crawled under the car and said well thats our filter... Its a fram filter!

Not a walmart filter if one even exists. They continued to treat my wife like a silly girl thats knows nothing bout cars. And finally said they didnt know how to refund cash at that register and gave her a walmart shopping card worth what the oil change was. Thus gaurentting theyd get my money anyway. Not gonna happen goin back tomorrow but nevr i repeat never aloowing any automotive products in my presence from walmart ever!
