Item never delivered!

I requested an I-phone recently through ATT plus they convey delivered via DHL. I've never obtained the bundle though they claim they've shipped it. ATT won't send me a brand new telephone. DHL won't return ATT since ATT never covered it! I'm the main one with no cash ($450) and also the telephone! Depth: I'd a-road trip planned for tomorrow and require the telephone. Today besides anything I've to wait the journey since silly DHL!!! I'll never utilize them again and that I may inform everybody I understand to not!!!
