Dont use Lowbook Sales unless you enjoy being jerked around!

I went to lowbook in Ogden Utah and I had never purchased a car on my own. They got me pre approved and all that fun stuff. So I go home that night with my Kia Sorrento. I love it!

Almost a month later I get a call from them telling me they couldn't get me approved for the amount of the Kia and asked if I would come in an trade it in for something I qualify for. Hell no! You don't stick me in a car I love then ask me to come in a trade it in. Apparently their financial advisor got fired because he did not correctly write the loans and there were constant problems. Mine included. I got a Co-Signer after being humiliated.

Me and my mom went in almost another month after resigning the loan to get my plates and get an oil change cause on the original loan I signed up for one of their packages. Well they told me that the package didn't get added on to the new loan and they couldn't do an oil change even after all the crap they put me through.

That's not all. Upon signing the original loan I did $0 down. I get a call again almost another month past telling me to pay the $500.00 down payment or else they were sending me to collections. No one takes the time to evaluate the customer's situations. They find some short straw guy and tell him to make the calls. I will never refer them to anyone ever! Unless you like to be JERKED AROUND!!
