The company that doesn't know what they are doing

This company installed a security system / remote start on my expedition. They fried my wiring and caused $800 in damages that they won't compensate me for. It was fixed at Sharp Ford they always do good work for me.

Anyway, they now refuse to even talk to me about the damage they caused. I have known these people for a long time and are (were) friends with Jason the owner.

I should have known better then to go to a company that is a front for drug dealing I.E. Jason and Scott Chilton. If they treat a friend like this, imagine what they will do to someone they do not know.
