Refuse to Pay Claim

I was in an accident and the other driver hit my new auto from behind and caused a lot of damage on the outside, inside and under car frame. The adjuster refused to correct the damages caused by the incident altogether. The company want things their way and don't care for the sick or the injury. They will say anything so they will not pay out altogether. This company needs to close their doors.
