Wells Fargo Auto Finance
Won't apply payments to principal or interest&charge late fees on early and on time payments

I fell behind a few days on my payment last year, and ever since then Wells Fargo Auto Finance has been ripping me off. I caught up on the payments, and to this day they tell me I am still behind. I even called them in August to ask them what would catch me up, even though I knew I did not owe more, and I paid an equivalent of 3 payments so they would show I was caught up. But 2 months later, they were back to it. They call and harass me, and on my work numbers even after I've asked them not to call those numbers. They tell me the car will be repossessed if I don't pay. I cannot refinance because they've damaged my credit so badly, noone wants to refinance with me. When I make payments early and on time, they do not apply the payments to principal, and if they do, they reverse it on the same invoice. I call and talk to them to ask them why they're using these tactics, and they hang up on me! They've hung up on me twice today and will not let me speak to a supervisor. I've even gone into a branch, but they say they cannot help me because they're not the auto finance department. If anyone has a way to help, please let me know. I need to refinance and get back all the money I've overpaid.
