Roommate sells their own roommate an overpriced lemon, illegaly!

Help me!!! My EX roommate works for World Motors (a used Mercedes dealership) he kept telling me everyday he could get me into a nice Mercedes for less money than I was paying for my Honda Accord. One day I decided to finally take him up on the offer, he has told me that it's a myth that Mercedes cost more to upkeep than say a Honda because they only need to maintenanced half as often... WOW did I fall for that one! He also reassured me that because he worked there I would get any parts that I needed at cost price! GREAT, what a deal... NOT!

I go down to World Motors... Unsure, but wanting to throw around some numbers... I'm was currently paying $400 a month for my Honda... We went around the lot... Granted it was 8:00 pm, and looked at cars, I fell in love with a little blue 2001 C240, he put the numbers in and said I would be able to drive away today for $375 a month... It was all happening very fast... But he hook lined and sank me.

Because we were roommates he explained to me that I would get a better finance rate if I went into Arizona Federal myself and attempted to take out the loan... I went down to AZ Fed and the teller politely told me, "Whoever is trying to sell you this car is ripping you off, the car is onl." In other words, World Motors was asking for $17,000 for a $12,000 car. I went back the next day and told my roommate I did not want to purchase the vehicle, he told me it was too late and he had already sold my Accord... According to the LAW I had three days to tell him I did not want it, he LIED TO ME... What a SURPRISE!!!

After selling my Accord, they not only did not pay off they remaining balance on my accord loan as agreed in our contract... But they REFUSED to give me the REGISTRATION or PLATES for the Mercedes!!! I got a lawyer to write them a nasty letter, but the loan was still paid off late, going on MY CREDIT, and I am still stuck with an overpriced lemon, that broke down THREE TIMES in the first month that I purchased it! I had to explain my situation to the DMV so they could retrieve registration for me so I could purchase plates as to not get a REDICULOUS fine for not having them.

World Motors claims on their website that they are a PROUD member of the BBB, they aren't a memeber at all, LITERALLY I looked them up. Keep in mind, this was my ROOMMATE at the time who I trusted much more than a "Salesman". I am still stuck with the car, paying through the nose... And it will fall apart LONG before the five year loan is paid off... HELP ME!!!
