Tries to keep your vehicle longer to charge you more storage fee

Police had them tow and impound our car. We somehow lost the title and had trouble finding it. We explained, but they said we couldnt get our car back until we brought the title. We had the registration (in our name) in the glove box, but they still wouldnt release it. Well anyway we ended up with a 1200 dollar tow bill on a 500 dollar car. They stalled every way they could to make sure we left our car there longer. We are not the only victim of this. The city and county police have a deal worked out with these folks which is part of a "good ole boy" network. It is a real shady operation and I wouldnt have thought so if I had not witnessed it for myself. They make you feel like you are talking to a detective instead of a tow service. They are actually a good friendly service when the police impound is not involved. I would recommend avoiding these clowns at any cost.
