Refund problems!

I replicate additional grievances about receiving a reimbursement from Travelocity. Throughout the summer of 2007 I bought a domestic air travel ticket through Travelocity. Though I later discovered that the document solution wasn't required, I had been educated by Travelocity at that time of purchase that the document solution was required. Sadly, Travelocity shipped the document solution towards the incorrect handle, and so I didn't possess the solution after I started journey. I'd to purchase another solution.

I submitted a reimbursement, however it has been over 6 months since I have visited, and that I have obtained nothing up to now but extra emails. I don't understand basically may actually get a reimbursement, but I actually do realize that I'll never use Travleocity again. The Client Service Division makes it so hard to acquire a reimbursement that, I suppose, many people simply quit. I'll recommend friends to not utilize Travelocity when possible.
