I had to replace my vehicle after 307,000 miles the tranny went out so my husband and I decided to go by drivetime as I refuse to buy anything brand new and the depreciation eats the value up so we try someone who supposedly does good buisness I bought a 2004 taurus on 11/3 by 11/5 It was in the shop.
Drivetime at that time informed me they would not replace the vehicle I first had to take it to a mechanic and have it diagnossed unfixable thier word not mine took it to AAMCO in leesburg they diagnossed the engine running lean reset the computer and sent me on my way 11/6 check engine light came back on so back to the the mechanic we go he resets computer and tells me its a false code but he'll order new o2 sensors to fix the problem.
11/28 the car wont run correctly is sputtering and jerky I made them tow it to AAMCO didn't have a car until 12/8 they then told me I couldn't replace my car since it was past 30 days so noe 12/17 car goes back to the shop with the same problems and we'll see if they fix it.
