Satellite Radio doesn't work!

I bought a 2007 Chrysler Aspen from Magnussenis. This automobile was designed with a Satellite-Radio having a decades membership from SIRIUS. The satellite radio stopped to work. I named Magnussens plus they inform me its my issue. Contact was created using SIRIUS via phone, (four calls leading to nearly) two hours. They inform me the bill number given to my car is terminated. This may not be accurate. The sole additional choice is Magnussens offered me a used-vehicle as new!
