Randy Little is a FLAKE! NEVER returned my calls and acted like an XXX the whole TIME!

My claims person, Randy Little, was a complete JERK. I was involved in a car accident by one of their clients and Wawanesa tried every tactic not to pay for my car damage. Randy never returned any of my calls, I was always the one contacting them. He did not contact my body shop and being the victim, I shouldn't be in the middle! He was a total and complete flake, my car was in the shop for 10 days because he couldn't check if the body shop cashed the check. My body shop never received ANYTHING from Wawanesa and i had to rent a car for that 10 days that cost me over $120. I have no problem with Wawanesa Insurance but if Randy Little is ever your claims person, REQUEST a change immediately! He is the WORST agent!!! He wasted my time and money and won't do his job correctly!
