Items not in stock, customer service and e-mail links do not work, shorted lugnuts, tires mounted backwards

Company kept saying my rims where on backorder and they never came in when promised. Rims where upgraded however took them over one month of dealing to do so. The e-mail and customer contact links are returned unable to be delivered. This was braught to their attention and never fixed. When finaly get order shipped, was shorted two lugnuts and the tires where mounted backwards.
