Inc. Breach of Agreement

America's Pride was contacted via letter in June, by Framme Law Firm of Mississippi, LLC, regarding its failure to deliver a Ranger Tilt Back/Run-Flat Tire Changer.

I ordered this tire changer over (9) nine months ago. I paid them $3,950.00 by check. To date I still do not have the merchandise and all I have received are lame excuses.

As recently as two months ago, I called and was promised by telephone represenative that the equipment would be shipped immediately. As noted, this was just another empty promise.

They have had ample opportunity to ship the equipment or refund my money. They refused by their action to do either. My attorney has sent them a second and final demand letter for a complete refund of my $3,950.00, dated October 30. They still have not responded nor contacted me.
