Ripoff business from hell

I have been a customer of Americredit's for almost 3 years now.in the past three years, we have been stolen from, lied to, and mislead. They have no intra-office communication to speak of, and they lie to you when you call them on anything.

We pay our payments, albeit not all the time on time, but they get paid. They call your family from out of town if they can't get ahold of you and their practices border on harrassment. The customer service reps are inadequate, and the managers are no better.

Please think twice before allowing them to carry your car loan. It has been three years in hell.
