Ripoff, lying bunch of demons

Please everyone look on your contract and you will see a contact for a commissioner that regulates contracts and laws for consumers. There is a website listed as well. Please, please, please make your online complaint about americredit. They really investigate and i am still going thru this mess with americredit.

Americredit stopped sending me monthly statements for years and deferred my loan 6 times without me knowing. I found out when i pulled my credit report that my loan went from the original 60 months to 67 months.

I did not send them any fees nor did i sign anything. They have produced some old monthly statements with "your deferment has been approved" on them. The law of texas states that both parties must agree in writing of a change in contract terms. I say again, please get these complaints going to that office so they will be brought to justice!!!
