This guy "JAIME" i think is from CUBA was really rude with me

I get a the from lobby and i ask for somebody who spoke spanish, and 20 minutes later this guy showup and the first what he say was "WHAT DO YOU WANT", i toll him i ask for somebody who speak spanish becouse is more easy for me and he toll me well that is not my problem this is USA no Freacking MEXICO. I say what a hell look FU#@ i even close to be mexican. You racist wet back.

Car max need to train its employees as it is the treatment for the people and mainly for clients.
