I took my 1965 triumph herald to the mg shop in tempe after being refered to them as specialists in vintage british auto glen was in a hurry to get my car in and out so he could go on vacation and have $1500 extra for his vacation when i took my car to glen it was towed in mearly for the sake of it was knocking.

I didn't want to drive it glen and i came to an agreement that he would fix my engine clutch and brakes making it road worthy to get to la on $1500 we agree and i give him a $1000 deposit (he only requested $500) i pretty much left him alone i just wanted my car repaired.

I trusted his word that it would be done in a week i receive my car back and it was butchered my clutch still was not working random bolts plugging holes from things they removed welding done on my $400 carberator bolts only start threaded on my driveshaft bolts on my transmission to engine also only hand started tight it took them three trys to fix my clutch when it was a peice that glen tried to manufacture himself and charged me more than i paid for a whole bell housing cause the part he made broke when it was my clutch plate a peice i had asked for from the first handshake and still after they finally got my clutch plate and bellhousing fixed my clutch was still going out???

Turns out they also forgot to reground my engine causing my clucth piping to be the only metal completing the circuit between engine and body causing my clutch pipe an posative battery terminals to heat up hot hot hot i burnt myself on both needless to say im dissatisfied with the work i received and would like my money back so i can take my car to a real mechanic
