Zach Atchley Flat out Lied about interest rates right to my face

Mid October I had a pre-approval from Capital One auto Finance, which was at a 8.99% rate. After talking to the salesman and explaining that I had capital one already set for financing, he stated that they could beat that rate easily. So after waiting a while, They salesman cam eback out, requesting money down. I said I am not doing that, because I am pre-approved through Capital One which did not require it. So back to his "manager" he goes. Comes back out and says it will be just a little while. Okay, fine.

I am already aggrevated, because it has been about 2.5 hours of waiting. I talk to the "manager" and just wanted to get out of there, because I had things to do with my son. So when all is said and done, I have a better rate of 15.43 %. I admit to my ignorance as I failed to check the paperwork over carefully, I just ASS-umed that they wouldn't do that to me. So basically, if you go to Atchley Ford or any car dealer, make sure to read EVERYTHING carefully, regadless of what they say. They really do now how to screw the little guy.
