A kitchen remodel nightmare

Hiring Cincy Atchley dba, Advanced Concepts in Kitchens and Baths was a huge mistake. I did all the right things, checked references and the contractor's board. However, I neglected to ask if the references were recent and I now believe that they were references from some time ago and that Ms. Atchley has neglected to maintain quality and professionalism in her business. The ONLY aspect of my kitchen remodel job that was good was her design. Her sub-contractors were unskilled and lacked professionalism. Cindy was never here overseeing the job as promised and I had to act as the contractor overseeing all of her workers. Her contractors were constantly bad mouthing her and her skills and there was little to no communication between her and her crews.

The ONLY time Cindy showed up was to collect money.

My final product is sub-par. The floor is the worst.
