Is a Rude ripoff, harrassing, two faced morons

First of all I would like to thank all of you who have contributed to this site. Thank God that I'm not the only one who has gone - or is going - through this with this "bank". I have read many of the testomonies and they are exactly what I'm dealing with.

I am currently one day late on a this months payment. The reason for this is because back in may they say that they "never recieved the payment". My mistake was using money orders instead of checks.

The last battle that I just had with them was concerning last months payment. I had called them to do a check by phone only to get voice mail. The third time I just said screw it and gave them the check numbers and the amounts to process. I recieved a call a few days later saying that they are not going to be able to process the checks because the account is now thirty days past due. When I asked why didn't they process them the day that I called they told me that the person who recieved the voice mail was on vacation and that I have to do a quick collect before five o'clock or they are going to repo the car.

Being the good little idiot that I am, I went and got the quick collect ($12.95) and called them with the control number. Then Mr. Koch, the slug I was dealing with at the time, felt it necessary to remind me that this months payment would be due the next day and asked me when do I think that I would be able to make the payment. WHAT THE F@*&!!!

I tried to work out a payment schedule to catch up they told me that the payment had to be made in full. Is this any way to do business? Should you want to work with your lendees? This company should either take a business class or just be wiped off the face of the earth.

I am curretly working with another bank to refinance the car hopefully I won't get screwed too bad by LBAC.
