Spartan Brake & Muffler
They put in bad parts. Almost kill you and refuse to refund you!

I got a radiator put in at Spartans in February went back to them 5-6 times because something jsut wasnt right... My needlepoint was going way past half almost saying that its over heating... They assured me nothing was wrong... When they replaced my radiator they put my shield back on loose... As i was driving on the highway the shield dragged off pulled my car to the left adn i almost crashed into a guardrail... I recently went back to a car shop because i smell antifreeze when i drive only to find out that the radiator they put in was a bad one... They charges me 500 for a radiator that was bad and i had to pay 350 for a new one... I contacted them and they wanted me to go back to theri shop and they would give me a new one... Yea right... After they basically screwed me 100 times... They told me to send them my receipts and they would see what they could do... All crap... They now are telling me they cant do anything because i got it replaced at a different shop... They are now telling me to get the rediator to them and they will try and see if the manufacturers can take a look at it and perhaps give me a credited warranty... Yea ok... They didnt apologize for any of it... They refused to take blame although i repeatedly went back to their shop... And now they refuse to refind me... Talk about bad business... They kept telling me they have been in business for 15 years... Great that doesnt pertain to my case... They only had a warranty on my radiator for 6 months... It figures they knew it would conk out... When i called the manager he basically tried to justify the situation by telling me if its now october that it didnt leak profusely... Great but a radiator is not supposed to leak at all... I am now going to have the radiator brought to them and if no actions are taken i am looking into taking them to small claims court... They take no accountability for their lack of expertise and their incompetence... Dont use them they will only give you a headache!
