West Side Honda Inc
Illegally ran my credit without my written authorization

I test drove a used car and they made a copy of my drivers license, (normal procedure for insurance) Several months later I pulled my own credit reports, and west side honda and several banks pulled my credit report. I never filled out a credit application with west side honda, and never authorized them or the banks to pull my credit. What section of the fair credit reporting act did they violate, and what legal recourse do I have??
